Basic Concepts
Commands invoked by key-sequences.
Key Sequences can be ...
- A single Key (e.g. W, C-F)
- A meta key (e.g. M-F)
- Special Keys (e.g. F1, F2)
- A sequence of keystrokes (e.g. C-X C-C)
Meta keys can be invoked by pressing a "Meta" shift, or by using "ESC"
as a prefix.
Common Key Prefixes
- C-X (Control X keys)
- C-C (Control C keys)
